AlNiCo Alloys

Cast Alnico magnets have a variety of applications including transducers, filters, tachometers and reed and Hall Effect switch operation. Maximum working temperature is 550ºC.

A preferred magnetic axis is determined during manufacture, which is as shown. Magnets should be magnetised after assembly to achieve maximum performance.
