Rings & Cylinders - Isotropic Sintered Ferrite Magnets

Ferrite Magnets suit a wide range of applications due to low cost. They are supplied in blocks, discs and rings. Typical applications include loudspeakers, DC motors, magnetic separator assemblies, reed switch operation and general holding devices such as pot magnets.

Ferrite has an excellent resistance to corrosion so is ideal for salt water applications, it also has excellent resistance to demagnetisation and can be magnetised before or after assembly without danger of losing any performance. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to + 250°C However it does have a poor temperature coefficient losing approximately 0.2% of remanence per degree C when heated above zero.
